Composite panels are engineered, factory-made solutions primarily used for exterior cladding, partitioning, and load-bearing walls, as well as roofing elements in various non-residential constructions. These panels consist of metal facings—typically steel or aluminium—encapsulating an insulating core. This composition ensures high stability, rigidity, and excellent load-bearing capacity. The insulation thickness can vary from 40mm to 150mm, depending on the application and desired insulation properties.
Profiled roof systems are ideally suited for pitches exceeding 5 degrees. They generally feature a 0.7mm steel outer roof profile sheet or a 0.5mm steel outer wall profile sheet, accompanied by a 0.4mm or 0.7mm steel liner. Aluminium outer sheets are also an option. We install insulation between the liner and outer sheet based on U-Values, utilizing a steel spacer bar and bracket system. The installation is completed with integral colour-headed screws and tapes, adhering to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Rainscreen cladding systems are designed to shield a building’s structure from wind and rain. When specified correctly, these systems provide insulating properties while effectively managing water, wind, and fire.
